How can one refund channel points?
Channel points cannot be refunded directly to the user who spent them. Once a viewer spends their channel points, they are gone and cannot be returned. However, as a streamer, you can refund channel points to a viewer by manually awarding them the same amount of points they spent on a specific reward. This can be done through the Twitch dashboard by selecting the viewer and awarding them the points. Keep in mind that this is a manual process and should be used sparingly. **
